My Story
Choice Felton, known professionally through his photography and creative work, has spent years documenting people, culture, music, and unforgettable moments through his lens.
His photography has been published in Stress, The Source, Sista, Black Tail, What?, and many other magazines and newspapers over the years.
While working with the legendary Ralph McDaniels and the Vid Kid on their #1 television show, Video Music Box, Choice had the pleasure of being on the sets of more than 200 music videos shot by Classic Concept Productions.
Under the stage name The God Choice, he was a member of the legendary rap group The Dismasters. Some of the group's biggest hits included Black & Proud, Too Be Real, Act Like You Know, and Small Time Hustlers.
Beyond photography and music, Choice is an active community organizer who supports initiatives such as The PeaceKeepers. His work reflects a commitment to documenting the people, stories, and experiences that shape communities and culture.
Through HALF AWHILE AGO — Visions By Choice, he continues to capture events, personalities, celebrations, and moments worth remembering. Every photograph is an opportunity to preserve a story.
